Early Life
Phil Horton was born in 1965 in Los Angeles, California, a city alive with culture, ambition, and endless opportunity. Growing up in the heart of L.A., he was surrounded by a vibrant mix of art, music, and innovation that would later influence his path.

Career
Phil Horton began his professional journey by enlisting in the United States Air Force in 1983. Over the next eleven years, he honed his skills in discipline, leadership, and technical operations, serving his country with pride until his honorable discharge in 1994.
After his military career, Phil transitioned into the private sector, becoming an IT specialist in 1995. Over the next decade, he built a strong reputation for solving complex technical problems and supporting businesses through the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
In 2005, Phil shifted his focus to a new passion, becoming a Credit Repair Specialist. Drawing on his analytical background and commitment to helping others, he spent the next twenty years assisting clients in rebuilding their financial futures.
